Our Chiang Mai Guest House is new, high quality accommodation in the heart of Chiang Mai's old city. Sitting in a central prime location, benefitting from good local transportation links to bus & train stations, as well as the international airport, you would be well situated.

Accommodation is provided on several floors. For the budget traveler, we have the dormitory room which costs just 100B per night. Our best rooms have high elevation, wide windows and a balcony view. You have a choice whether you wish to stay in a small or large room. Both fan cooling and air conditioning options are provided in each room and you can select between them depending on the heat of the season.

Our rooms all come with convenient closet, hot showers and are tastefully designed in modern cooling tones. Wi-Fi internet access is also provided throughout the building for those with laptop computers or other internet-ready devices. Internet equipment is present on every floor to ensure guests on higher floors have similar connectivity. We also operate a cyber-cafe on the ground floor (at a small additional cost per hour).

Room rates vary depending on specification and whether your stay occurs during high season (October to April) or low season (May to September).
